Rules of participation:
- The participant must be member of a school or club affiliated to a recognized ITF NA or ANA.
- Send only one answer form per participant.
- All forms must be received by August 30th at 23:59, EST.
- The winners will be selected according to the highest number of right answers.
- The contact information of the winners will be transmitted to Top Ten. They will ship the prizes directly to the address on the answer form.
- Please provide your address and size of the protectors used.
